Please quit using print records (or old combo print-electronic records) in the CZ to represent serials in electronic format
My understanding is that the CZ records are to represent electronic formats, but most of them seem to be records for the corresponding print title. ISSNs are either wrong (print, where it should be electronic) or the record has both the print and electronic ISSNs in the $a subfield. The OCLC# is usually that for the print record.
All of this causes problems with matching and dedupping when attempting to import and/or order actual print copies.
Please go to electronic only records for the CZ.21 votes
Please add portfolios to the LexisNexis Law Schools electronic collection in the Community Zone.
(Note: this collection already exists in the Serials Solutions Knowledgebase, as LexisNexis Advance, with a title count of 15,431. Could the metadata be migrated to Alma, since both are now owned by ProQuest?).10 votes
