Support time-sensitive alerts to help students filter the signal from the noise
Both iOS and Android support a feature to that allows notifications to be flagged as 'time-sensitive'. This allows users to specify how these types of notifications from specified apps are handled, overriding the current default setting, allowing them to filter the signal from the noise. In the case of campusM, 'How did the University do in the REF?' (Noise), 'Your lecture has been moved' (Signal).

Add events integrations to menu search or add search function to events integration
We would like to see that the main menu search function, which currently only returns tiles and pages as search results, also returns events contained within event integration tiles. The alternative is adding a search function to the events integration itself. We feel that giving users the ability to search for events based on keywords in the title/description/tags would be really useful for improving their experience.

Custom CampusM links in the portal
To create a custom link in the portal for tiles (e.g., portalname.com/custompart) so that users could be easily transferred to a specific tile's content within the portal.

Add an optional 'copy to clipboard' button to ID Card PI
One of the best features to come out of Outlook was the inclusion of the 'copy to clipboard' icon next to fields in the address cards. No more fiddly selecting the address and accidentally picking up text either side. Since many of the fields in the ID Card PI are numbers and details that students want to use in other apps, why not make it really easy to grab them? This wouldn't make sense for every field, so perhaps make it optional if administrators wanted to include it? Thanks :)

Add a Note to the ID Card PI
Please add a Note field in the ID Card PI configuration form in order to display a static note to app users when they open the ID Card tile.
Use case: We have noticed that some students try to use the app to open the library security gates or to use the self-check machines. They think that the barcode in the app can be used for that, being not aware that self-check machines and gates work with the Mifare technology. Therefore, we would like to display a note in the ID Card tile to inform them of this limitation.

Beacon and Proximity Sensors for Campus
Beacon & Proximity sensors will allow us to intentionally place the beacon throughout campus to prompt a service center or unfulfilled action that a student may need to take. since we have 100% of our students using the CampusM app, I would ideally like this to be the engine that powers using the in app prompts and audience specific tiles.

Using unique identifiers for the List PI items
At UCL we would like to use a unique identifier for items defined within the Lists PI. Currently the itemTitles are used as the key which really limits the PI and does not allow items with the same title and different content.

Allow unvalidated students a second chance to check-in
If a student does an attendance check-in but it is marked as unvalidated then allow them a second chance to check-in.
This would allow students who have accidentally attempted to check-in whilst still walking to the class room another opportunity to have a valid check-in as well as possibly overcoming local issues with a room which might prevent a successful check-in

Search Results - Include Menu Option (Tile) Name
When a user searches for particular terms within the CampusM front-end they are presented with a list of results.
At the moment these results do not always include the overall Tile name. This would be useful when needing to identify particular tiles requiring update around certain information.
At present the tile name is only presented if the search reference is found 'high up' the tile structure. If the reference is further down a menu path, only the latter part of the path is shown.

Additional Customizations for Lists PI
The live tile view for Lists should allow favorites to be displayed in the rotation. Right now, we use the API response to automatically filter favorites to the top, but it requires refreshing the page to see and isn't obvious to the user without needing an explanation.
The live tile view needs a configurable header like other *** have.
Right now you have to use the category title in the API in order to set a text header, which detracts from the ability to actually title what the list is.The live tile needs to respect font size properties, or…

Set geo-location validation by rooms rather an institution wide
Rather than the exiting method of validating geo-location attendance check-ins via a single institution-wide value for tolerance, instead allow this tolerance to be set on a room-by-room basis (with perhaps a default value where no value is supplied).
This would allow institutions greater ability to adapt the geo-location validation for their campus buildings.

Greater range of tolerances for geo-location verification
Rather than the existing three tolerances (50m, 250m and 500m) for verifying attendance check-ins by geo-locations, allow more fine grained control. This could be done by either allowing an institution to specify an exact value (e.g. "123m") or by extending the existing tolerances so their is one for every 50m between 500m and 50m.
This will allow institutions with different campus layouts and building density to more accurately verify attendance check-ins.

Content History
Would it be possible to offer a history of Content page updates so we can track:
- Who created a page & when
- Who last updated a page & when
- A full history of who updated the page in the past and when
- What amendments were made to the page each time.
Activity history is recorded within some pages within App Manager but not all and this would be a useful addition to support the identification of training needs.

Creative Studio Last Modified data
It would be useful to see information regarding the date/time that content in Creative Studio was last modified and by whom.
With multiple departmental editors looking after their own content (or not looking after it enough!) it would be very useful to see when something was last updated in order to easily spot stale content before users report it themselves.. which doesnt look good :)

Sharing - On/Off Configuration
At present it is not possible to show/hide the Sharing options in full or by each individual platform. This would be useful to allow us to adopt/hide as appropriate.
It would also be useful for us to have access to manage the sharing option for each platform - At present we only have access to configure the option for Email and Twitter - We have no control over the Facebook option.

User Permission Search/Report
Would it be possible to deliver a feature whereby we can search by user permission and present in a list of search results which user accounts have that permission assigned.
Similarly, could there be a search by Content area to identify which users had access to edit them.
Then finally, could there be an option to export a report to show all the permissions & content access assigned to every user to support a regular security review.
At present all of the above can only be achieved by manually checking every user account which is not feasible.
