Add the option to restrict PCI results for resources when only a physical manifestation of those resources exist in the library’s inventory
If we have a physical book/journal in stock (item status could be anything: lost / on loan / available etc.)
and we have PCI collections activated that happen to also include these titles,
then
Primo will display the PCI results for the electronic version of these Books + their chapters & Journals + their articles and present them as ‘Full text available’ with ‘View online’ tabs – even when we do not have access to the online version of the titles.
This leads to an error message + makes for a confusing experience for staff and students. We understand from what Ex Libris have told us that this is expected Alma Primo behavior, but for our distance learners who require access to electronic resources this is problematic.

Dear Galen, the fact that "chapters and articles appear as 'no full text' but with the option to request the physical copy" seems like a good feature to me. I understand that for the distant reader it is not useful, but perhaps any other patron in the library would instead appreciate the chance of reading the desired chapter or article on paper.
Something very bad I noticed is, however, that sometimes the feature leads to false positives, for example when the value in 245$a is short and common, such as, for example: 'History' or 'Macroeconomics'. In such a case, the GetIt would propose to request the item of the Physical Title having as 245$a 'History' or 'Macroeconomics' even if other metadata such as the author (!) are completely different from the ones in the PCI record. -
