Enhance Report to ExLibris ticket fields within Alma
Enhance the Report To ExLibris form in Alma with the following so that it matches the tickets submitted via SalesForce:
Contact Name field: defaults to whomever is logged in/made the default contact if there is no match. Ex: if Person B is logged into Alma and is configured to report from Alma, they are the default when submitting a problem, not Person A (which is currently listed first because its an alphabetical listing). This would help staff to submit tickets faster and without having to go into SalesForce after submitting to change the name.

Relay that job report gives real time
We have more than one jobs that start at certain time and ran for long time (more than 10 hours) but reports the job ran only for about 3 hours.
You can see SFC #00795696 for example.

In the Monitor Requests & Item Processes screen it would be extremely useful to show the item Storage Location ID and the Description. And / Or to have item Storage Location ID and Description available in the excel export of this screen.

Extend time before the Alma trial survey times out
Dear support
When answering a survey of the Alma trial management (as a trial participant), the survey will time out after approximately 10-15 minutes of non activity. This will reset all answered questions, i. e. empty the fields and remove the chosen results.
We would highly appreciate it if an adjustment of the time out period for surveys was possible, since in reality it’s common to test a product thoroughly in one browser tab while having the survey open in another and only returning to the latter once the testing of the product (or a specific aspect of it) has…

Recent searches fine tuning/disabling
Hello,
customizing the number of results of the "recent searches" returned in the new UI would be a great thing.Now on our Alma it seems limited to the last 10 searches.
As some people seems to prefer the old browser cache, it would be a great thing too the possibility of eventually disabling it.

Add the Lender's mailing address to the Resource Sharing Receive Slip Letter xml
Adding this xml to the letter code would allow us to print the Lender mailing address on our Resource Sharing Receive Slip Letter. This would help us be more efficient by printing just this single letter at the time this item is received, as we normally would. Then, when our patron returns the item with the slip, we won't have to physically print out the mailing address, and can use the slip already enclosed in the book.

Allow Users to lock preferred panel position for user details and summary panel
Currently the location of the summary panel for record views and patron details alternates between the right side of the page and the top of the page depending on window size. (See the note on #6 of Changes to the User Interface: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_%28English%29/010Getting_Started/050Alma_User_Interface_%E2%80%93_General_Information/045Usability_Improvements/Layout_Improvements )
Sometimes even minimal changes to the window size causes this rotation. It would be nice if users could choose to lock the location of these panels to their preference, regardless of window size. This helps with consistency in documentation for manuals, as well as provides consistency in location if information when working on different computers.

Import Special Characters from ILLiad to Alma's temporary item via NCIP Connection
Special characters, such as in Asian, Arabic, and Slavic languages, turn into question marks (??????) when Alma's temporary item is created via the NCIP connection with ILLiad for incoming Borrowing Loan items. So, the patrons cannot tell which ILL item is which in their Primo library account, also Hold Slips are printed with "?????" as the titles and authors and very confusing for both staff and patrons.
Because the API for ILLiad and Alma connection was created by a third party and is not going to be updated, please consider creating Exlibris' own API (ILLiad Addon) for the NCIP connection…

Add breadcrumb trail to staff interface
In Alma, the information displayed often depends on the task you are working on to get there. This is a nice feature, but it would be helpful if breadcrumbs were displayed to help track how you arrived at the screen.
This would be especially helpful to new users.

Allow a staff to set his/her default department
We are required to choose a "current desk/department" for each login. However, since each staff usually has his/her major role, meaning he/she might most of the time work on the same desk/department. To be more friendly, it's better to have staff to set his/her own default department and select other location when necessary.

Display number of results within a set on the Manage Sets page
It would be very helpful to be able to see the number of members or results within a given set on the Manage Sets page, rather than having to open each set to find out how many members or results it contains. This would make deleting old, empty sets, much faster and easier.

Column and/or filter for Privacy in Manage Sets
In Manage Sets it would be really helpful if there was a column to show if a set was Private or Not, and a filter for Privacy (Yes/No).
This would help when I'm trying to delete from "My Sets" or All Sets" tab. To make sure I don't break someone's business process I need to go into each set to check the privacy before I delete a set.

Allow keyboard shortcuts/hot keys to be configurable
Allow for the creation of keyboard shortcut/hot key profiles that will support re-mapping of shortcuts. Some of the preset shortcut are not currently available due to the removal of function keys by manufacturers.

Add First Name/Last Name fields to Staff Login Report
Please add more fields to the Staff Login Report to help identify the staff in the list. At the moment it only reports out Primary ID which is just a staff number at my institution.
To be able to use the report more easily and effectively we need First Name and Last Name fields in the report.
Other fields could potentially be useful to some institutions such as User Group and Job Description.

Configure paired libraries to have own Discovery Widget in Alma
We have two libraries and would like to have the Discovery Widget visible on Alma's initial page based on own libraries collection. When I go to Configuration Menu > Discovery > Display Configuration > Configure Views, 2 libraries are listed. If I select my own library, my own library discovery widget becomes the default to both libraries. We'd like each library to have their corresponding collection on the Discovery Widget.

Make the confirmation message after a task is completed a hyperlink
When a task is completed in Alma, such as the creation of PO Line, a confirmation message appears at the top of the screen in Alma, such as:
Your request to order now POL-227 has been submitted.
OR
The request was successfully submitted : request id = 701397340002914

Thumbnail images
We have discovered that when we add a digital representations to existing permanent library records (e.g. with electronic or physical inventory), the thumbnail display from the digital representation becomes the thumbnail display in Primo VE instead of the book cover. This is obviously not the way we want this to behave.
Can we please have the 'Book'/Journal cover to display instead of the digital representation/file image?

Staff should be able to see who and when locations were created and/or modified in both the Alma config interface and in the Events Subject Area.

Send emails from different addresses using conditional logic for addressfrom in the XSL template
We want to set up an expiring user email in the user notification letter for the update user job. However it needs to come from different email addresses dependent on the users campus. So that the user can reply directly to the campus library. It would be helpful if you could use conditional logic on the addressfrom tag in the XSL template section of the letter configuration to do this.

Change e-mail sender address for Collection Contribution Letter
We have observed that Alma sends a “Collection Contribution Status Letter” for CZ contributions, which is different from the ones we can configure in our IZ letter administration. The letter that Alma sends comes from the “Alma Community Zone”, which prevents us from modifying any labels, HTML or sender addresses for these letters. This causes an issue for us because the e-mail sender is set to the Ex Libris’ default non-valid e-mail address “your.department@organization.com”. This sender address is flagged and filtered by our campus wide spam detection software.
